Sailing is a physical pastime and students may be asked to undertake physically demanding work, as part of the course. In signing the booking form I declare to the best of my knowledge, I am not suffering from epilepsy, disability, giddy spells, asthma, diabetes, angina, or other heart condition and I am fit to participate in the sailing course. Please forward details of any medical treatment being received, which will be supplied to your Instructor.
